We are a recommended management systems consultancy for certification bodies, including SGS and IASME, who refer potential clients our way.

Some of our existing clients were referred to us by certification bodies including IASME, SGS, NQA and Alcumus ISOQAR. Clients would have approached these bodies asking for support from a recommended consultancy.

Ian Sparks, our Management Systems Manager, explains the role certification bodies play in referring businesses to consultancies like Ellenbrooke.

“When a certification body provides details of trusted consultants, we are in competition with at least two other management systems consultancies to win the client’s trust and work with them.

“Recently, we held a project kick-off meeting with a new healthcare client. They had chosen to work with us after we were referred from one of our certification body partners, SGS.”
