Heading up the Ellenbrooke team, Ian has a varied employment history initially as a mechanical and electrical engineer and building services engineer, and then had 20 years’ experience of leadership roles in the Environment Agency, driving health, safety, environmental and process management improvement.

Ian is an IRCA qualified and highly experienced lead auditor, consultant, implementer and trainer across multiple standards. He is a full member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and technical member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and NEBOSH qualified. Ian is passionate about continuous organisational, learning and development and delivering excellence for our clients. He is adept at helping businesses identify and implement strategies and practice improvements that generate real impact. 

Terry has worked as a management systems consultant for over 30 years. Originally a telecommunications engineer, Terry moved into customer services and became involved with quality systems and processes. He specialises in providing consultancy support to businesses looking to achieve excellence in quality support including the aerospace sector and BRCGS Packaging, Environmental and Information Security.

Terry is a Lead Auditor qualified for the ISO 9001 (quality), ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards. Terry’s expertise, experience and calm professionalism are welcomed by clients, who see him as very much part of the team. His strengths include simplifying the complex and translating requirements into practical processes and business improvements.  And, staying power (with the grey hairs to prove it!).

Vicki Brown is a Business Assurance and Improvement Manager with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations across a wide range of sectors achieve excellence through compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. She works in close partnership with clients to design and embed practical, audit-ready systems aligned to ISO 9001, GMP, CE/UKCA marking, and wider regulatory or customer-driven frameworks. Vicki helps organisations meet the best practice standards their customers expect—ensuring they can demonstrate compliance, win trust, and compete with confidence.

Her expertise spans quality, risk, operational resilience, and product conformity, supported by a strong foundation in auditing, health and safety, environmental management, and data protection. A CQI and IRCA Approved Quality Professional, Vicki is known for delivering assurance frameworks that are not only compliant, but also scalable, efficient, and outcome-focused, working alongside organisations every step of the way.

Martin Giddens is an accomplished Associate Consultant with over 20 years’ experience across manufacturing, service, and public sector environments. An MBA-qualified professional, Martin brings extensive commercial and technical expertise to multinational companies, SMEs, and public sector organisations. Since 2001, Martin has specialised in implementing and maintaining management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 45001, as well as integrated and chain of custody standards.

A Chartered Quality Practitioner and member of the Chartered Quality Institute, Martin is recognised for building trust and forging long-term client partnerships by delivering tailored, low-maintenance solutions. Martin is also a qualified lead auditor and holds several professional certifications in quality, environmental, information security, and health & safety management.

Jodie Keough is a highly qualified and experienced compliance consultant, specialising in Data Protection, ISO Management Systems, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and Information Security. Jodie has over a decade of experience, including being the lead in enterprise-wide implementations of ISO standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 22301, 27701, and BS 10012, and has successfully guided organisations through BCORP, Cyber Essentials, and Investors in People accreditations. Jodie holds an MBA (Distinction) and an LLM in Compliance and Regulation, with award-winning research in team performance and international data privacy law. She is a Certified Data Protection Officer, CIPP/E, and CIPM.

Known for her strategic insight, operational rigour, and collaborative leadership, Jodie works closely with boards, legal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver compliance solutions that are both effective and future-ready. Her consultancy is grounded in a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Andy Morley is an accomplished Associate Management Systems Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in quality assurance, environmental management, and health & safety across engineering, manufacturing, and service sectors. A qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and a NEBOSH certificate holder, Andy specialises in establishing and maintaining robust management systems that meet ISO standards. His career includes managerial roles where he has led teams to achieve challenging goals, delivered process improvement initiatives, and managed outsourced service providers for facilities and utilities compliance.

Andy’s expertise extends to business continuity planning, risk evaluation, and implementing carbon reduction schemes. He is known for his customer-focused approach, ensuring client needs are fully understood and satisfied. Andy’s proven track record in delivering compliant, efficient solutions makes him a trusted partner for organisations seeking continual improvement and operational excellence.

Roy is a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and a highly experienced lead trainer with a strong track record in delivering accredited training programs for globally recognised certification bodies including NQA and BSI. With deep expertise in integrated management systems and lead auditor training, Roy brings a practical, standards-driven approach to learning that empowers professionals to implement and audit ISO standards effectively.

His training delivery is informed by years of hands-on industry experience, ensuring that every session is both technically robust and tailored to real-world applications. Roy is passionate about helping organisations build competence in quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems, and is known for his engaging, insightful, and supportive teaching style.

Rob Pragnell is a seasoned ISO Standards Consultant and Lead Auditor with over two decades of experience driving compliance, certification, and continuous improvement across many sectors. Rob is experienced in helpng businesses achieve and maintain ISO certifications including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, and the emerging ISO 42001 for Artificial Intelligence. Rob is a certified Lead Auditor (CQI/IRCA) and a TRECCERT-accredited trainer, delivering tailored ISO training programs from introductory to advanced levels. His expertise spans UKAS accreditation standards, internal audit management, and strategic compliance leadership. Rob has led on transformative audit programs, developed flagship audit software, and earned multiple achievement awards.

Rob is actively involved in shaping the future of standards. He contributes to the ISO Committee for ESG, participates in the BridgeAI standards community run by BSI, and supports SMEs through the Small Business AI Club.
