Instead we start with a no-commitment chat about what’s required and we’ll scope out what we can do for you.
The first step of any project is usually a gap analysis – assessing the gap between the requirements of a certified management system and where you are now. From there we create an action plan and clearly set out options and cost. We can do as much or as little as you like so that you can make your own time vs cost equation. We can be with you every step of the way or whenever you need us.
Our optional Ellenbrooke Plus membership scheme lets you purchase time with a consultant for use throughout the year to support the on-going maintenance and improvements of your systems. There are also additional benefits that come with the membership, they include introductions to our partners & grants, as well as, discounted rates on our services. Payments can be made by standing order each month and we keep a record of the consultant time you have ‘in the bank’. When and how you use that time is up to you!
